In this course, you'll learn practical tools for improving dream recall and establishing a consistent dream routine. You'll also explore how to communicate with and interpret the messages from your subconscious and higher self—gaining insight into the personal guidance they offer. Through supportive sessions and guided exercises, you’ll begin to uncover the unique themes and symbols that appear in your dreams, learning how to decode their deeper meanings and apply their wisdom to your waking life.
Each meeting will include a brief lecture followed by participant discussion time to work on personal interpretations.

In this course, you'll build on your foundational skills to grow a richer, more intentional dream portfolio, tracking patterns and insights with greater depth. You'll explore how to connect with spirit guides and loved ones in the dream space, opening pathways for guidance, healing, and connection beyond the physical. You'll also learn essential techniques for energetic protection while dreaming—helping you feel grounded, safe, and empowered as you navigate these deeper layers of your subconscious and spiritual experience.
